By car

By car, Randa is reachable in ca. 2 1/2 hours, e.g. from Bern via Kandersteg - Lötschberg tunnel - Goppenstein - Gampel - Visp - Stalden.
The trip there or return trip is a special nature experience in the summer, in the drive through one of the Alp passes, e.g. the Grimsel Pass or the Furka Pass along the Rhone Glacier.
Arriving in Randa, you have available to you private and public parking spaces as well as a parking garage (8 Fr./day).

By train

Randa is reachable equally fast from the west and the north; the railway (SBB) has a direct connection to the modernly equipped Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. The trip of a good one hour reaches Randa by going through the romantic Visp Valley. Also for the continuing trip to the summer and winter health resort of Zermatt, the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn is an ideal partner.
